The Ghent Modern project was an extensive, multi-phase renovation by both our Design and Build teams that transformed the existing home into a high-performance, modern living space.

Key upgrades included significant structural reconfigurations, complete kitchen and bathroom renovations with custom cabinetry, and the integration of energy-efficient features such as triple-pane windows, optimized glazing, and extensive insulation, all the way to the basement. High-performance materials like cork flooring in the lower level and reclaimed white oak flooring upstairs were chosen for sustainability and comfort.

The project also involved addressing numerous challenges from previous renovations, with our teams resolving functional and structural issues to achieve a seamless design.

Through close collaboration with the homeowners, we created a highly customized, energy-efficient home that is both functional and aesthetically refined.
