Supported by NYSERDA, this multi-phase transformation breathes new life into Basilica's 19th-century industrial structures while embracing modern green building practices.

Phase 1 Focused on the 4,300 sq ft West Wing entryway, with a full roof replacement, state-of-the-art insulation, and a refreshed exterior.

Phase 2 Enhanced the main building with a highly insulated roof to reduce energy demand.

Phase 3 Replaced all leaky windows with modern, custom-made replicas to match the iconic facade.

This net-zero transformation preserves history, supports the arts, and sets a new standard for sustainability in the Hudson Valley. We were honored to have been the builder of choice.
