This project was a comprehensive interior renovation that focused on modernizing and enhancing the living spaces while preserving the home's character. 

The scope included a brand new custom kitchen, new windows and doors to bring in additional light and new ash flooring all throughout the home along with custom built-ins.

High-end appliances were chosen to complement the kitchen’s new, slick look. The custom bookcase room divider and built-in storage system in the living room fabricated by Braxton Alexander, add functional elegance and blend seamlessly into the home’s updated modern lake house aesthetic.

One of the biggest challenges of this project was resolving the quirky construction details from previous renovations. Our Build team carefully addressed these structural issues, creating an open floor plan that flows beautifully from room to room.

This project showcases our expertise in handling complex renovations, combining locally-sourced materials and custom craftsmanship with high-end finishes to create a refreshed, cohesive living space that honors the original charm of the home.
