Steve came to CB with 17 years of experience as a foreman for a modular home company, where he led finishing crews and saw homes through the final details. That experience shaped his strong sense of sequencing, craftsmanship, and pride in a job well done.

In Steve’s years at CB Design Build, he thrives on transformation — whether restoring something old or building something new to feel timeless. He loves the challenge of turning raw materials into something beautiful and lasting. Seeing the finished result of hard work is what drives him.

Steve is known for keeping the jobsite light with humor and steady encouragement. He jokes that he “just loves to play in the mud” — and in many ways, that says it all. He genuinely enjoys being hands-on, in the elements, building something real from the ground up.
