Kim Wheeler has served as a Project Manager since 2022 and brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience to the construction industry. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Empire State College, building a strong foundation in strategic planning and operational leadership. 

In her role, she oversees projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Known for her organized approach and clear communication, she effectively coordinates teams and subcontractors and maintains strong partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. 

Outside of work, she co-teaches Women's Jiu-Jitsu classes, is learning to play the cello, participates in a book club, and enjoys raising her four children along with their three dogs and two cats.
