As President of CB Design / Build, Jock leads the company’s mission to design and construct high-quality, sustainable homes throughout the Hudson Valley and Berkshires. A graduate of The College of Saint Rose, he carries forward a multigenerational legacy of craftsmanship and client-centered building that defines the firm’s reputation.

Under Jock’s leadership, CB Design / Build continues to blend traditional construction excellence with modern performance standards — from energy-efficient Passive Houses to thoughtfully detailed custom homes. He brings a deep commitment to quality, clear communication, and thoughtful project execution to every build.

In addition to leading the company, Jock is on the board of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Advisory Board for Columbia-Greene Community College’s Construction Technology program, supporting the next generation of skilled trades professionals. His long-standing community involvement reflects both his commitment to the region and to the future of the building industry.
