Chris has been shaping custom homes across the Hudson Valley since 2000, specializing in additions, renovations, and new builds that honor historic architecture while embracing modern living. Before launching his own firm in 2010, where he developed a reputation for thoughtful, client-centered design he was part of both the Kate Johns AIA and James Dixon Architect design team.

Known for his educational approach, Chris helps homeowners navigate complex projects with patience, empathy, and clarity — values that align perfectly with our ethos at CB Design/Build.

Chris and Jock first connected 25 years ago over a shared passion for design, construction, and classic cars. After years of collaboration, their shared vision has come full circle with Chris joining Andrew to lead the design team.

An NCARB certified architect licensed in New York and Massachusetts and member of the American Institute of Architects, Chris brings 25 years of design experience, a deep respect for context, and a passion for collaboration that will strengthen our custom home and high-performance design work.
